Among the most irritating factors are the feeling of a lack of oxygen (39%), a sharp change in temperature when entering from the street (24%), a lack of greenery (21%) and the smell of plastic from overheated equipment (16%).

All this has a negative impact on well-being, irritability and headaches appear. Every third participant in the survey admitted that they feel tired by the middle of the day.

The most popular element of comfort in the office remains coolness: 51% of respondents named air conditioning as a priority. Another 23% noted the need for more frequent and longer breaks, 20% were in favor of a shorter working day, 6% - for additional days off. Only a third of respondents are satisfied with the working conditions.

The office environment, according to city residents, should be adaptable to different scenarios, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors. This model was supported by 38% of respondents.

29% suggested redesigning work areas to take into account silence, lighting and ventilation. 23% spoke in favor of introducing a fairly long daytime break (the so-called siesta), and 10% - for installing mobile stations with drinks and fans.
